Minimum Balance Fee: A minimum balance of fee of $5.00 will be assessed if the average daily balance drops below $50.00 during any calendar month. No minimum balance required if the primary owner is under age 23.

 Limitations on frequency of transfers: During any calendar month, you may not make more than four withdrawals or transfers to another account of yours or to a third party by means of a preauthorized or automatic transfer, telephone order/instruction, check, draft, debit card, or similar order to a third party. Any transactions over the limit of four will result in an excess item fee.

Excess Items Fee: A per withdrawal fee of $2.00 will be assessed for any transactions in excess of four items per month.

Account Statements: This account will receive quarterly statements unless an electronic transaction occurs on your account. In which case a monthly statement will be issued reflecting the electronic transaction activity.
