Rathbun Country Music Theater 

April - October 

Saturday Evenings, 8 p.m. showtime, One mile north of the Rathbun Dam 

Iowa's longest running country music show features family style entertainment with house band, comedian, and weekly guests.  Admission $8 adults and $3 for children 5 thru 11. 

 

Friday Trolley Tours 

May - September 

Friday Trolley Tours leave the Continental Hotel every Friday at 1:30 p.m. and travel to historic and scenic locations throughout the county, including Courthouse square district, mansions on Drake Avenue, the Levee and Historic churches.  This narrative excursion is sponsored by the Historic Preservation Corporation.  Cost is $5. 

 

Centerville Farmer's Market 

June - October 

Every Wednesday from 4 to 6 p.m. and every Saturday from 8 to 10 a.m. at the historic courthouse square district.  Specialities include fresh produce, crafts, baked goods, jams and jellies, honey, ethnic foods, and weekly entertainment. 

 

Fun Nite and Farmer's Market 

May - October 

Every Friday evening from 6 to 8 p.m., Moravia Square. 

Homegrown fruits and vegetables, baked goods, crafts.
